  • Web Design & Development: Once a project has begun and a deposit or full payment has been made, refunds are not available. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and will work with clients to resolve any issues or concerns with the delivered product.

  • App Development & Digital Services: Similar to web design services, refunds are not available once work has commenced. We provide an initial consultation and ongoing updates to ensure that you are satisfied throughout the process.

  • SEO & Marketing Services: SEO and marketing campaigns are services that are difficult to quantify and measure immediately. Refunds are not typically offered. However, if you feel that we have not delivered as agreed upon, we encourage you to contact us for a resolution.


2. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be issued in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally make a duplicate payment, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate amount.

  • Failed Delivery: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services (such as a website or app that does not meet the original project specifications or timelines), we may issue a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.

All refund requests must be made within 14 days of the transaction date. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
